FAQs

What payments do you accept?

  • Online, we accept all major Credit Cards and Debit Cards and PayPal.

  • In Store, we accept Cash, Credit and Debit Cards (not AMEX or Diners).

  • We also offer “over the phone” Credit Card payments.

When are new Erstwilder launches available to buy on your website?

  • We generally do not have new Erstwilder launches available at launch time on the website. We do aim to have them up by the end of the week and stock is usually limited to what we have left over after the in-store launch.

I saw something in your shop window I want to buy, can I buy it without coming to the shop?

  • Yes. Simply call, text or email us with a photo or description and we can take it from there. We can offer ‘over the phone’ Credit Card Payment or PayPal Invoice.

How much is shipping?

  • We charge a flat rate of $12.50 AUD (subject to change) per order.

I can’t find what I’m looking for online. Do you have more products available?

  • Yes. We have a lot of stock in our stores that’s not available online, though we are working on getting more things available online. Come see us at the shop or Call or Email us to find out more.

Where can I view/buy your true vintage pieces?

  • We still have a lot of true vintage pieces available, though we currently do not have them online. The best and easiest way to see what vintage pieces we have is to come in to the shop. We can also send photos and descriptions of what’s available. We are also working on our Etsy shop ( currently not available ) and other ways of getting our vintage stuff available to you online. Check out our instagram page to see some of our best vintage.
